Yes.
This is the fully uncut version and it does include the notorious sex
scene between Carole Laurie and Lewis Furey.
Of
course, including explicit sex in any legitimate film is risky,
both an artistically and commercially. However please note, the segment
is only a few minutes long and is shot mostly in the shadows. Despite
this being a decidedly firebrand interim - which both alienates some
viewers while it is celebrated by others - a good argument can be made
for its inclusion as the scene does dramatically symbolize the relationship
between the spiritual and the physical, an important message in the
film. Plus, as a side remark, both actors - Laurie and Furey - were
married at the time (and still are).

Gangsters,
unhappy with a dancer named Fabienne for her unorthodox behavior at
their nightclub, escort her to the wilderness and shoot her to death.
A man finds her body in the snow and takes her back to his cabin. He
is actually the Angel Gabrielle, and brings Fabienne back to life, albeit
with severe memory loss. The unusual couple spends time together playing
music, frolicking in the countryside, making love, walking through the
snow and hanging out with other angels. [Spoiler ahead] Eventually Fabienne
demands to be taken back to the city. Once there, she finds the men
who killed her and exacts revenge upon them. Then, suddenly, the woman
is back to the start of the film. The gangsters kill her. Gabrielle
approaches her body. But this time he simply kneels beside her corpse,
weeps and disappears. It's a very simple film with a very simple moral:
When given a second chance, don't waste it on a dead end mission of
vengeance
