Thanks to the International popularity of Koji Shiraishi and his movies like NOROI, the 'found footage' horror films continue to thrill audiences. While it's true that the films have shifted from the chaotic BLAIR WITCH formula to a more investigative style, this new-wave genre thrives within the basic 'reality TV' formula.

For this film, obviously inspired by Koji Shiraishi's KOWASUGI FILES, a production company encounter the unknown while investigating the folklore of Japan's Chichibu [a small village located in the western area of Saitama Prefecture very close to Tokyo]. After being disappointed initially, they find a suspension bridge in the woods over Lake Chichibu, where people reportedly see strange fireballs, go crazy and commit suicide. As it turns out, this mania spread like a virus and - one by one - the crew members begin the fall victim to it.
